Barndaminiums are becoming very popular and can provide wide open living spaces.  Most counties have stricter codes applied to pole barns when the the intended usage is to live in the building.  

Currently, we do not offer services to general contract the entire build of a residential barndaminium; however, we can certainly design and provide complete construction documents  for you as well as the construction of the shell.  You would then finish the inside yourself or hire it done from other local contractors.
